Partner — Tax (Muscat)

Senior tax partner role based in Muscat with responsibility for leading and growing an established Middle East tax practice. This is a leadership position offering the chance to take on partner-level management responsibilities as the current office leadership transitions.

The role involves advising on a broad range of corporate and international tax matters, developing client relationships across the region, and building a team of tax professionals to support cross-border mandates. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a visible market-facing lead for tax in Oman.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record as a senior tax partner or equivalent, with substantial client relationships
• Experience leading teams and developing practice strategy in the Middle East or comparable emerging markets
• Strong commercial advisory skills on cross-border corporate and international tax matters
