Established global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Philadelphia tax practice. This role will lead client matters across federal, state and transactional tax work and help expand the firm’s tax footprint in the region.

The partner will advise public and private company clients, collaborate with cross-border and transactional teams, and develop new business. The firm is seeking a senior lawyer with a proven record of client development and practice leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in corporate and transactional tax matters
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Bar admission and ability to practice in Pennsylvania
