The team handles federal and state tax controversy matters across industries. The firm is looking for a partner who can handle significant litigation matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development in the region.

Proven experience practicing tax litigation, including courtroom and appellate exposure
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax law and controversy practice
Demonstrated ability to manage matters, supervise teams, and deliver client service
Track record or capability in business development; portable practice welcomed
Active bar admission(s) required; Philadelphia or Pennsylvania admission preferred
