Established U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia team to lead and grow the tax controversy and litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and appellate work with tax dispute resolution and strategic client counseling.

The successful candidate will manage matters from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development across the region. This is an opportunity to join a sizable national firm with a broad platform and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligible for admission)
• Proven track record of leading litigation/tax controversy matters and developing client relationships
