Leading national technology-focused firm is seeking a partner to join its Technology and Media & Entertainment practice in San Francisco. This role will advise technology, media and telecommunications clients on high-value commercial, strategic and regulatory matters and help expand the practice’s presence in the region.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing partner with a proven track record of originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups. The team works closely with transactional, regulatory and IP colleagues to deliver integrated solutions for fast-growing and established technology companies.

Portable business is welcome and the role provides a platform to grow a technology-oriented book of business within a well-resourced national practice.

Established partner with substantial experience advising technology, media or telecommunications clients.
Proven origination record and ability to bring or develop client relationships.
Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; comfortable working cross-functionally.
Excellent commercial judgement and familiarity with regulatory and commercial issues relevant to the tech/media sector.
