High‑profile Chicago office seeking a lateral partner to join a national transportation and maritime practice. The role will handle regulatory, transactional and dispute matters for carriers, shippers and other industry participants across domestic and international contexts.

The firm seeks a senior lawyer with an established transportation/maritime practice who can originate and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practice groups. This is a partner-level opportunity with expectations for a portable practice and ongoing business development.

Established partner with significant experience in transportation and maritime matters (litigation, regulatory or transactional).
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships and developing business.
Strong trial or arbitration experience preferable; experience handling cross‑border or federal matters a plus.
Licensed or able to become licensed in Illinois; leadership and mentoring capabilities.
