We are seeking a Patent Agent with 5+ years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting. Candidates should hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field, with the ability to apply electrical and software expertise to consumer products combining mechanical and electrical/software aspects. Mechanical engineering backgrounds with significant EE/software industry or drafting experience will also be considered. Knowledge of additional IP areas, particularly design patents, is a plus.

Successful candidates will be driven, eager to develop their careers within a national and international client platform, and committed to superior client service. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent academic credentials, and solid organizational and analytical skills are required. All candidates must be registered with the USPTO.
