- 1–4 years of law‑firm patent prosecution experience
- Admission to the U.S. Patent Bar (registration required)
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., M.S., or equivalent) in a life‑sciences/chemistry discipline such as molecular or cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, bioengineering, medicinal or organic chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health-related fields
- Prior patent agent experience preferred; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; excellent academic credentials
