Senior real estate lawyer sought to join a national Housing Development & Regeneration team based in Leeds. The role focuses on residential development work across the north, providing specialist advice on title due diligence, land acquisition (short and long term) and other housing‑led transactions.

You will lead on complex matters, supervise and develop junior staff, coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams and contribute to regional business growth and client development. This is a visible role with opportunities to build a leadership path within the office.

Approximately 6 PQE in residential development or housing law
Proven technical experience in title due diligence, land acquisition and residential development transactions
Experience supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams
Strong commercial judgement, client management and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload to tight deadlines and contribute to business development
