We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our market-leading corporate practice, focusing on private equity and private capital transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality work, including leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, and management equity arrangements, acting for sponsors, management teams, and portfolio companies.

You will work within a collaborative national team, advising on complex, cross-border matters and playing a key role in supporting clients through the full deal lifecycle from inception to exit. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Assist on private equity and venture capital transactions, including due diligence, negotiating transaction documents, and managing deal processes.
Advise on corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, and exits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver seamless service.

Qualified solicitor or barrister with strong experience in corporate law, specifically private equity or private capital matters.
Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and work effectively within a team.
Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness.
