Seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to join a busy private companies group focused on advising high-growth and venture-backed companies and their investors. The role centers on transactional work across the company lifecycle, with regular involvement in venture financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will work on a mix of deal types, have opportunities to take on client-facing responsibilities, and contribute to a broader private companies platform including practice development and external speaking opportunities.

3–6 years of transactional experience working with early-stage and growth-stage (venture-backed) companies
Demonstrated experience on venture capital financings and liquidity transactions
Background in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
