Private Companies Attorney

Join a premier private companies practice advising disruptive, high-growth companies and the investors who back them. This role offers the chance to work on venture capital financings, liquidity events, and a wide range of general corporate matters for emerging and growth-stage clients.

Associates will also have the opportunity to build and run their own practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the platform's continued growth.

• 3rd–6th year associate with at least three full years of substantial experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
• Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
