Senior associate opportunity on a national private companies team that advises early-stage and growth-stage technology and high-growth companies and their investors. The role focuses on venture capital financings, general corporate counseling through growth cycles, and liquidity events.

Associates will work on transactional matters, have client-facing responsibilities, and can help grow a national practice platform, including presenting and contributing to business development initiatives. The team is expanding and offers a collaborative, national platform.

3–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate transactional work
Significant experience advising venture-backed or high-growth private companies, including VC financings and liquidity events
Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and transactional skills
