Successful candidates will have substantial hands-on M&A/PE experience, strong drafting and transaction-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with deal teams and clients. 3–7 years post-qualification experience with a primary focus on private equity and M&A transactions
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York bar
Demonstrated experience running complex M&A/PE matters at a leading corporate law firm; strong transaction drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills
Excellent written and oral communication, research, and commercial judgment
