Top-tier US law firm is seeking a 3rd–6th year private equity attorney to join its corporate team across multiple offices. The role will support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on acquisitions, disposals and related transactional work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and acting as a commercial, client-facing extension of deal teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience, with significant private equity and M&A exposure
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating purchase/merger agreements and LLC/LP documents
Excellent drafting, writing, analytical and project-management skills; strong attention to detail
Prior large-firm experience and strong academic credentials; commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively on client teams
