Private Equity Attorney (3rd-6th Year)

An opportunity is available for a 3rd–6th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience to join a dynamic, team-oriented corporate practice. The role involves working closely with private equity fund sponsors and portfolio company clients on a broad range of transactional matters.

The attorney will serve as an extension of client business teams, taking a lead role in deal execution and exercising sound business and strategic judgment in a fast-paced environment.

This is a multi-office opening, with flexibility across the firm's offices.

• 3rd–6th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents
• Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Good business and strategic judgment and ability to lead as an extension of client business teams
• Excellent academic credentials and prior large-firm experience working with private equity sponsors
