A leading law firm's US Corporate and Securities practice is seeking two mid-level associates to join its national private equity platform, based in Chicago. This is an opportunity to work on complex private equity and M&A transactions for a well-established, growing team.

The group is looking to expand with candidates who bring substantial private equity experience and can run transactions from inception through closing. Associates in this role will take on meaningful responsibility, including leading deal teams and working directly with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Candidates with sophisticated transactional backgrounds from a peer firm and strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.

3–7 years of experience supporting private equity transactions
Significant private equity experience and solid experience with complex M&A deals from inception through closing
Demonstrated ability to lead transactions
Strong law school academic credentials
Relevant and sophisticated law firm transactional experience
