The successful candidate will have significant experience in the private equity space, including complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing, with a demonstrated ability to lead transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work on a large, national platform with a collaborative team.
Qualified candidates will possess strong law school academic credentials, sophisticated law firm transactional experience, and be based in Chicago.
