Private Equity Associate — Corporate

Mid-level associate role to join a national private equity practice supporting complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing. The team advises on a broad range of buyouts, sponsor-backed deals and related transactional work.

Successful candidates will be expected to lead transaction workstreams, manage client deliverables and collaborate across offices. The role can be based in the US with placement in Chicago; the group has a multi-office national platform.

• 3 to 7 years' private equity and complex M&A transactional experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead deals and manage transaction teams
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law‑firm experience
• US law degree and admission to the bar in good standing
