Private Equity Attorney (M&A)

Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a 3rd–6th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience to join its dynamic corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and superior organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management abilities.

• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.
• Meet the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Play a lead role as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Exercise sound business and strategic judgment in supporting transactions.
