Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal processes and serving as a commercial, client-facing member of deal teams. The team values strong drafting, analytical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively on complex, time-sensitive matters.

- 3–6 years' relevant private equity and M&A experience at a large law firm
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase/merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Excellent drafting, writing, analytical and project-management skills; strong attention to detail
- Good commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively with client teams
- Excellent academic credentials
