4-7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private equity fund formation
Large-firm experience representing private fund sponsors and/or institutional investors
Practical exposure to fund formation, co-investments and secondary transactions
Strong drafting, transactional skills and client-facing experience; collaborative team player
