Private Equity M&A Associate — Philadelphia

Mid‑level to senior associate role on a private equity M&A team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on buy‑ and sell‑side M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture investments, exits and equity compensation matters across private equity transactions.

The team seeks a proactive, commercially minded lawyer who can work effectively on teams and take primary responsibility for components of transactions. The group offers a collaborative, cross‑practice environment with opportunities to work on complex, market‑leading deals.

• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience, preferably with significant private equity or M&A exposure
• Experience on buy‑ and sell‑side M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity/venture or related transactional matters
• Proven ability to manage deal components independently and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong commercial judgment
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
