Private Equity/M&A Mid-Level Associate

A top-tier law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice in New York.

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for private equity and M&A deals.
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage deal execution.
• Advise clients on leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity, and minority investments.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on strategic transactions.

• Minimum of three years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in a corporate department of a top-tier law firm.
• Experience representing financial sponsors and/or strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity, and minority investments.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
