Private Equity M&A Senior Associate — Santa Monica

Seeking an experienced senior associate to join a busy private equity M&A practice in Santa Monica. The role involves leading and supporting a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture investments, exits and equity compensation arrangements.

The successful candidate will work on deal teams and manage transaction components independently, interfacing with clients and outside counsel. This is a hands‑on role for a proactive lawyer with strong commercial judgment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• 6+ years post‑qualification transactional experience, with significant private equity and M&A work
• Experience on buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity/venture and exit transactions
• Proven ability to manage transaction components independently and work effectively on teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and strong client relationship skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
