Products Liability Associate Attorney — Los Angeles

A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate to join its Products Liability Practice in Los Angeles. The practice is among the nation's strongest and most diversified products liability departments, serving as trial counsel in federal and state courts and as regional or national coordinating counsel.

The group represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across a wide range of products, including automotive, chemicals, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and consumer goods.

The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills and experience across all phases of products liability litigation. Attorneys with substantive litigation experience in any arena and a demonstrated interest in products liability are also encouraged to apply. • 1–7 years of litigation experience
• Experience in all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Strong research and writing skills
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Substantive litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in products liability welcomed
