An international law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its well-regarded product life cycle practice group. The team serves as counsel of choice to industry leaders across cutting-edge industries, representing clients inside and outside the courtroom at every stage of the product life cycle.

The practice spans sectors such as AI and robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and beverage, Internet of Things, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, and cosmetics. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated products liability matters across a broad and dynamic client base.

The position is open across multiple offices in California and Washington. The firm is committed to providing clear, transparent pathways to advancement, with structured mentoring, sponsorship, and professional development programs for attorneys at every level.

3–5 years of experience in products liability litigation (required)
Experience drafting briefs and correspondence, and responding to written discovery
Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
Experience managing document collection, review, and production
Background in causation and/or failure analysis
Familiarity with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong case management abilities, and a team-oriented work ethic
Active membership in the California, Colorado, Washington, or New York Bar
