A leading global law firm is seeking a Project Attorney with 2–6 years of experience to join its forward-thinking legal analytics team supporting transaction-related projects. This role is open to fully remote work across the United States.

The analytics team is a multidisciplinary group of lawyers, technologists, statisticians, and process experts who use advanced technology — including machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics — to deliver efficient, accurate, and insightful solutions for litigation and transactional matters.

As a Project Attorney, you will sit at the forefront of technology-enabled transaction support: leading project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and communication. You will handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits across mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, energy, infrastructure, and other areas, leveraging Gen AI and machine learning tools while collaborating directly with deal team attorneys, clients, and vendors.

You will also contribute ideas for continuous process improvement within a collaborative, innovation-focused team culture.

  • Juris Doctor with successful bar passage and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • 2–6 years of experience in transaction-related projects or project lead/supervisory roles, preferably across both small and large teams
  • Significant eDiscovery experience, preferably including technology tools such as TAR
  • Strong supervisory and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and office software, plus litigation support and document review software
  • Good writing skills and a problem-solving, can-do approach
