Apply in confidence →Senior associate-level role within a global law firm’s Houston energy team, focused on project development and project finance across energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors. Work covers project and financing documentation, multi‑source financings, public‑private partnerships, regulatory matters and risk allocation for greenfield and brownfield projects supporting the energy transition.
The position involves advising sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on US project financings including holdco financings, tax equity structures and construction-backed back-leverage financings. You will work closely with teams across construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes to deliver integrated cross-disciplinary advice.
- Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documentation for energy and infrastructure project financings.
- Experience with US project financing structures including holdco financing, tax equity and construction-related back‑leverage financings preferred.
- Admission to the Texas bar required.
- Preferred class years: 2018–2022; application should include resume and law school transcript(s).
