Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance Attorney (Associate to Counsel)

A leading global law firm is seeking multiple associates through counsel level to join its Global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Finance group. The team advises sponsors, lenders and investors on complex financings across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, with significant exposure to private equity-backed transactions.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, cross-border project finance matters within a collaborative global platform. Candidates with a strong finance foundation and a genuine interest in project, energy and infrastructure work will thrive in this environment.

Roles are available across more than one US office location.

• Two or more years of finance experience; class of 2023 or above
• Strong preference for experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and/or private equity
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior experience at a top-tier firm (U.S. or overseas) preferred
