Project Finance Associate / Senior Associate — New York

Seeking a project finance associate or senior associate for a major New York office with a leading project and infrastructure finance practice. The role sits at the intersection of energy transition, renewables, tax equity and data center financing work.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating debt financing and tax equity documents, conducting transaction due diligence on project agreements (JV, offtake, EPC, O&M), and working closely with finance and energy teams on complex project financings and emerging-technology transactions.

• J.D.; admitted or eligible to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 4 years' transactional experience (class of 2022 or earlier)
• Substantial debt project finance and/or tax equity experience—credit agreements, intercreditor and collateral documents, equity capital contribution and membership-interest purchase agreements, and related ancillary documents
• Experience reviewing and performing diligence on project agreements (JV, offtake, EPC, O&M)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; interest in renewables, data center and energy-transition financings
