We are recruiting a Senior Associate to join our leading Project Finance team in Dubai, supporting the firm's globally recognized Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice. We advise sophisticated sponsors, lenders, borrowers, project companies, and governments on a broad spectrum of sub-sectors, including power generation and transmission, networks, social infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, and energy transition.

You will play a key role in delivering integrated advice across project development, deal structuring, bankability, equity strategy, debt financing and refinancing (including bank, private placement, ECAs and multilaterals), hedging, construction, and regulatory matters. Working in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment, you will collaborate with teams across jurisdictions and drive client outcomes.

Draft, review, and amend transaction documentation.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging strong market awareness.
Manage client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery.
Lead and supervise junior team members.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, on and off deals.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and legal development, internally and externally.
Support billing and invoicing activities.

Qualified lawyer, ideally 5–7 PQE.
Proven experience in project finance and/or infrastructure finance.
Strong interest in and understanding of the energy and infrastructure sector.
Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial drive, strong commercial acumen, and appreciation of law firm economics.
Resilient, proactive self-starter with sound judgement and the ability to build credibility quickly.
Highly organized team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
