Public Companies & Capital Markets Associate — New York

Seeking a corporate associate to join a busy public companies and capital markets team in New York. The role focuses on capital markets transactions and the day-to-day legal work that arises for public companies.

Work will include representing issuers or underwriters on IPOs, equity and debt offerings, at‑the‑market programs and PIPEs, as well as advising on SEC reporting, disclosure, corporate governance and exchange compliance.

• 2–4 years of law firm experience in capital markets/public company work
• Experience on IPOs, equity/debt offerings, at‑the‑market programs and/or PIPEs representing issuers or banks
• Knowledge of SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, corporate governance and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance
• Superior academic credentials and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
