Real Estate Associate — Chicago

Seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a busy Chicago real estate team supporting commercial property matters and leasing transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents, and working with senior lawyers on client-facing matters.

The position offers exposure to a range of commercial real estate work, collaborative team structures, and opportunities to develop subject-matter expertise in leasing and transactional practice.

• JD from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission (or ability to obtain admission)
• Prior experience on commercial real estate transactions, with proven leasing experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on deal teams, and handle client-facing responsibilities
