Apply in confidence →Our firm, a leading global law practice, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice in our New York or Charlotte office. This role focuses on real estate lending, with an emphasis on loan origination for financial institutions. Candidates will work with a diverse range of clients across the country.
Qualified applicants should have 3–5 years of experience in real estate and asset-based lending, specifically representing lenders in loan origination transactions. Experience representing developers in the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate or other collateral is a plus. Admission to the New York or North Carolina bar (or eligibility to waive into North Carolina) is required.
We seek candidates with excellent academic credentials, strong communication and client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
