Growing national-real-estate practice seeks several Associates in the Chicago office to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, joint ventures and financings. You will support transactions from diligence through closing and work closely with deal teams across offices.

Associates will conduct legal research, draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage portions of deals, and interact with internal and external clients. The role offers regular opportunity for client-facing work, collaboration with cross-office teams, and professional development in a large-firm transactional practice.

JD from an accredited law school
3–5 years of US law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions (purchase/sale, joint ventures, financings)
Admitted to practice in Illinois
Strong drafting, research, negotiation and client-communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a multi-office team
