Growing commercial real estate team in Dallas seeks a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years’ experience. The role offers substantial client contact and responsibility on sophisticated transactions across the full life cycle of real estate matters.

Work will include joint ventures, fund formation, infrastructure/privatization matters, secured financings and acquisitions/dispositions. The team values strong drafting and negotiation skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience on joint ventures, fund formation, infrastructure or secured financings preferred
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Strong academic background and ability to work effectively in a team
