Mid to senior-level associate opportunity in a leading global law firm's New York real estate practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, financings and workouts, providing exposure to a variety of matters and collaboration with colleagues across multiple offices.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of real estate transactional experience from a large law firm and strong drafting, client-facing and matter-management skills. The position includes supervision of junior attorneys and paralegals and offers the chance to broaden a transactional skill set across acquisitions, financing and joint-venture workstreams.

4–6 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm
Experience in real estate finance, purchase & sale and/or joint ventures
Strong, level-appropriate drafting and matter-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers and paralegals
Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
Law degree from an ABA-accredited school and membership in a U.S. Bar
