Join a nationally oriented real estate practice representing institutional owners, investors, developers and operators on large-scale commercial real estate matters. The team handles acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, financings and leasing across asset classes including multifamily, industrial, office, retail and digital infrastructure.

This role is open to candidates for the Los Angeles or Boston offices. The associate will support acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing transactions, work independently on project responsibilities and collaborate with a national team to deliver high-quality client service on complex matters.

The firm expects in-office attendance roughly 60% of the time under published hybrid guidelines. The position includes opportunities for professional development within a busy, team-oriented real estate practice.

J.D. (or LL.M.) from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Admitted or eligible for admission in California or Massachusetts
Experience on acquisitions/dispositions, financings and leases; ability to review and comment on loan documents, purchase agreements and leases
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
