Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its nationally recognized real estate practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects across the country.

Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate contracts
Conduct due diligence, title review, and survey analysis
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance issues
Collaborate with partners and senior associates on closings and project management

Qualifications:

2–5 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice (or ability to obtain promptly)
Excellent academic credentials and professional references

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
2–5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including commercial leasing and acquisitions
Proficiency with title and survey matters, and familiarity with finance documentation
