The role focuses on substantive transactional work, including legal research, drafting, due diligence and transaction strategy, with direct engagement in negotiations alongside senior colleagues and partners.

Associates at this level support client management, coordinate the various stages of transactions, and help coach and develop more junior members of the team. The position offers a dynamic and evolving market in which to build a long-term real estate practice.

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a specialized area of real estate law
Experience handling complex legal tasks and contributing to the resolution of key matters
Excellent research, drafting and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to coordinate transaction processes, manage timelines and meet deadlines
