Leading global law firm is seeking a Real Estate (Equity) Associate to join its Chicago real estate team. The role focuses on substantive commercial real estate equity work including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

The team advises on complex equity transactions across institutional, developer and investor clients. This is a strong opportunity to work on high-value deals within a collaborative, deal-oriented practice.

2–5 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions (equity-side preferred)
Demonstrable borrower-side debt and real estate finance experience
Experience at a top-tier law firm or with equivalent transactional exposure
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
