Leading global law firm seeking a Real Estate (Equity) Associate to join its Dallas office real estate equity group. The role focuses on substantive commercial real estate equity matters including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and equity-side financings.

4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate equity transactions
Experience with joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and equity financings
Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or equivalent transactional practice
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted
