National real estate finance team seeks a mid-level associate to work on sophisticated real estate lending matters. The role offers responsibility on complex financing transactions and frequent interaction with clients and senior deal teams.

Candidates will join an integrated U.S. practice and may be based in one of several major U.S. offices. The team values strong drafting and negotiation ability, commercial judgment, and collaborative work across offices.

• 3–8 years' law firm experience advising on real estate lending and finance transactions
• Experience with sophisticated commercial real estate lending; exposure to balance-sheet bank lending preferred
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; strong commercial judgment
• Superior academic record and proven teamwork; comfortable with significant responsibility and client-facing work
