Our client, a premier global law firm, seeks a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance Group in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on representing lenders in mortgage, mezzanine, and construction real estate loans, with acquisition and disposition experience also valued.

Substantive experience in real estate finance, including lender-side representation on mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loans.
Acquisition and disposition experience is preferred.
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience are required.
Candidates must be admitted to the DC Bar.
