The role combines transactional real estate finance work with regulatory and banking-related matters, working with domestic and international borrowers, lenders and fund clients.
The successful candidate will take a market-facing role, growing origination and advising on complex financing structures and regulatory issues affecting real estate transactions. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to practice development and business strategy.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in real estate finance and banking transactions
- Strong experience advising on regulatory matters affecting real estate finance
- Fluency in French and English; admitted to practice in France (or equivalent)
