Focus on a transactional real estate practice, with scope for a lift-out team.
Identify the strongest and most relevant professionals in the Paris market.

Senior, well-known Real Estate partner in Paris, ideally ranked by Chambers and Partners or holding a leadership role (e.g. practice head, office managing partner).
Strong transactional real estate practice; candidates with an M&A or private equity side are also of interest.
Open to partners from major international firms or leading French firms; groups or teams that could move together are welcome.
No junior partners, counsel, or solo practitioners.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
