Senior real estate partner opportunity with a leading international law firm in Paris. The role will lead and develop the firm’s French real estate practice, advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful hire will join an established cross-border team, working on complex acquisitions, disposals, financings and development projects and collaborating with other practice groups across the firm’s global network.

Proven partner-level experience in French real estate transactions and portfolio work.
Established client base or demonstrable track record of originating and managing high-value real estate work; a portable practice is required.
Strong commercial judgement, leadership experience and ability to develop a team and bring in new business.
Fluency in French and experience working on cross-border matters preferred (if applicable).
