Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Paris real estate practice. The role is focused on high-value commercial real estate work across France and cross-border matters supported by a strong international platform.

The successful candidate will have an established, portable real estate practice, proven client relationships, and the ability to win and develop business. You will lead transactions and advise on complex property, development and investment matters while collaborating with teams across jurisdictions.

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate (transactions, investment, development, leasing or financing).
Proven, portable client base and demonstrable business development ability.
Admitted to practise in France or equivalent qualification; fluent French and strong English.
Track record of leading teams and managing senior client relationships.
