A leading national law and consulting practice seeks a property Lawyer or Associate to join its award-winning, market-leading Real Estate team in Sydney on a permanent basis. The role offers exposure to industry-leading mandates for top-tier clients within a high-performing, collaborative team that values excellence, curiosity and inclusion.

You will work across the full real estate life cycle, gaining experience in the development, leasing, sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial, residential and retail assets. The team advises developers, investors, owners, landlords, property fund managers, listed property trusts and government clients, with a focus on capital transactions, property development (including title structuring) and complex leasing.

You will build strong client relationships, deepen your understanding of the real estate industry, and work closely with senior lawyers and partners while engaging with modern tools — including AI technologies — that support efficiency and service excellence. Generalist property experience gained in a reputable real estate team
Interest in or exposure to real estate transactions across asset classes
Experience or interest in commercial, industrial and retail leasing
Experience or interest in development work, including large-scale residential communities
Strong business and commercial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to client service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cohesive team
Genuine passion for the real estate industry
