Leading German law firm is seeking a Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) to join its Hamburg corporate team. The role focuses on advising family-owned and closely held companies on corporate governance, shareholder matters and related corporate litigation.

The successful candidate will work on transactional and contentious matters across the lifecycle of family businesses, including governance structures, shareholder agreements and dispute resolution. You will join a team advising German and international clients from the firm’s Hamburg office.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt / -anwältin)
Practical experience in corporate law with exposure to family-business matters and shareholder issues
Experience or interest in corporate litigation and shareholder disputes
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; client-facing experience
Fluent German; good English skills
