Established German commercial practice seeks a qualified Rechtsanwalt to join its Stuttgart corporate team. The role focuses on corporate law matters with a strong emphasis on M&A and venture capital transactions across domestic and cross-border mandates.

You will work on transaction structuring, contract drafting and negotiations, due diligence and regulatory aspects, collaborating closely with partners and other practice groups. The position offers substantial client contact and hands-on deal responsibility within a team-oriented environment.

Qualified German Rechtsanwalt (admitted to the bar)
Practical experience in corporate law, M&A and/or venture capital transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills
Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
Team player with commercial awareness and client-facing experience
