Tax Lawyer / Tax Advisor — M&A & Family Offices (Stuttgart)

Experienced tax lawyer or tax advisor to join a Stuttgart-based tax team advising on corporate tax matters, M&A transactions and family-office/trusts & estates issues. The role involves direct client contact on domestic and cross-border transactions and close collaboration with an experienced team.

The team offers structured internal training and external CPD opportunities, with clear development paths and exposure to a varied client base. This is a hands-on role for someone aiming to deepen technical tax expertise and take on increasing client responsibility.

• Qualified Rechtsanwalt and/or Steuerberater (or equivalent national qualification)
• Proven experience in corporate tax and transactional work, including M&A
• Experience advising family offices, trusts & estates is an advantage
• Strong drafting and advisory skills; comfortable with client-facing responsibility
• Fluent German and professional English
