Our client, a leading German commercial law firm, is seeking a Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) to join its commercial law, distribution law, and product liability practice in Cologne.

Role Overview

In this role, you will advise international clients on commercial and distribution law matters, including supply chain issues, digital sales channels, and product responsibility. You will manage complex contracts and represent clients in disputes, both in and out of court.

Your Responsibilities

Advise international clients on commercial and distribution law, including a wide range of contract types
Handle product liability and product compliance matters
Represent clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings
Build direct client relationships and take on responsibility from day one

Your Qualifications

Excellent academic results in both state examinations
Initial professional experience in commercial or distribution law (ideal, but not required)
Strong English skills for international client communication
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for legal excellence
