We are an international business law firm with a strong focus on transactional work, advising corporate clients and financial investors. For our Frankfurt office, we are seeking a lawyer (m/w/d) to join our Corporate / M&A team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising national and international companies and financial investors on M&A and corporate law matters
Supporting acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, and management participation programs
Conducting legal due diligence reviews and assisting in the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents
Gradually taking on direct client contact and integrating into hands-on mandate work
Collaborating closely with the team on challenging national and international transactions

Your profile:

Above-average academic performance in state examinations
Very good German and English language skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in business contexts
Initial professional experience in international corporate law, M&A, or a related transactional practice
Enjoyment of demanding legal work and direct client contact
Team spirit, initiative, and a pragmatic approach to solutions
